Ernst Emmert

Ernst Emmert ( born February 26, 1900 in Kitzingen, † January 22, 1945 at Glogau ) was a German lawyer and reserve officer.

Life

At seventeen Emmert occurred during the First World War as a volunteer in the replacement battalion of the 17th Bavarian Infantry Regiment " Orff " one. In November 1918 he returned with his regiment to demobilize back to Ansbach. Until July 1921 he was active in several volunteer corps, including in the Freikorps Oberland.

Emmert et al studied law in Erlangen, Germany, since 1920 was a member of the Corps Bavaria and put the first legal state exam in 1923 in Erlangen from. His clerkship he graduated in Ansbach, Fürth and Munich. In December 1926 he completed his second state examination and received a doctorate in law ..
