By his own name, he is a clown, but has no permanent job. So he pulls with many tricks the people the money from his pocket. Main issue is the purchase of lottery tickets, by which he wants to gain the first prize of 50,000 Israeli pounds. He achieved this goal with the help of the police, who believes Ervinka would only make a film.

With all his pranks, he meets again on the traffic warden Ruti, in which he falls in love. At the end she confesses her love for him and moved him to return the money and stop his pranks.

Reviews

" The hand and right homespun staged by its author Kishon film remains without satirical bite at the level lowbrow entertainment. In this case, however, succeed in some really funny scenes around Israel's No. 1 comedian, Chaim Topol. "

" Harmless and undemanding entertainment which is likely, however, overwhelm the age of six. From about 12 enjoyable to see. "
