Esko Seppänen

Esko Seppänen ( * February 15, 1946 in Oulu, Finland) is a Finnish politician and current member of the European Parliament for the Finnish Left Alliance, as part of the Confederal Group of the European United Left.

Seppänen made ​​1971 his state examination in economics. From 1970 to 1987 he was a journalist with the broadcaster Yleisradio. He then became a member of the Finnish Parliament. In 1996 he moved to the European Parliament.
