Española Island

Española is one of the Galápagos Islands. The English called Hood Iceland. It is 61 km ². The highest point of the island lies 206 meters above sea level. Española is located in the south -east of the Galapagos Islands. Tourists come especially to the island to see albatrosses and the mating dance of the blue-footed boobies.

Española is the southernmost of the Galapagos Islands. The southeastern tip of Punta Cevallos is the southernmost point.
