CD Leganés

The Estadio Municipal de Butarque is a football stadium in the Spanish city of Leganés. It serves the football club CD Leganés as a home and was inaugurated on 14 February 1998 with a match between the home team and Deportivo Xerez. The Estadio de Butarque replaced the Estadio Luis Rodríguez de Miguel, which had become too small for the then second division CD Leganés. The stadium features a covered grandstand on the east side, the remaining ranks are arranged oval around the field. The Estadio de Butarque provides visitors with a capacity of 8,158 seats.

In addition to the host of football matches, the stadium also serves as a venue for concerts and music festivals.

Location and Public Transportation

The Estadio de Butarque located in the north of the municipality of Leganés, surrounded by the streets Calle Arquitectura, Calle Minería and Paseo de la Ermita. The stadium can be reached by bus lines 482, 483 and 488.
