Étoile Filante de Ouagadougou

Étoile Filante de Ouagadougou ( EFO ) is a sports club based in Ouagadougou, the capital of the West African country of Burkina Faso.

The football section of the club could win twelve times the Burkinabe Championship, making it a record title holder of that country until 1984, Upper Volta. Twenty times EFO won the national cup competition, the Coupe du Faso, where the club is also record winner.

History

The club was founded in 1955. The club colors are blue and white. Before the young talent has been structured in the country in recent years, the team of the club recruited mainly from the Dapoya, Paspanga and Koulouba the city Ouagadougou quarter talents.
