Euctemon

Euctemon ( Εὐκτήμων to 430 BC) was an ancient Greek astronomer, geographer, meteorologist and from Athens.

He was, together with the first Greek astronomer Meton to, of which observation records are maintained. This includes the observation of the summer solstice of the year 432 BC, what Ptolemy records.
