Eugen Gopko

Eugen Gopko ( born January 5, 1991 Koltschyno, Soviet Union ) is a German footballer who is employed in the midfield.

Career

In the club

Eugen Gopko played in the Youth in Ukraine for Dynamo Kiev, before he came to Germany and changed over the stations FSV Osthofen and TuS Neuhausen 1 FSV Mainz 05. There he came in the U -17 and U-19 Bundesliga and was used in the 2008/ 09 German champion with the A- juniors. In the season 2009/10, in his last year of youth, he played his first few games, then at senior level. He first played for the second team of Mainz in the Regionalliga West and finally gave on October 3, 2009, his Bundesliga debut in a 2-1 home win against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, when he replaced in the 57th minute Miroslav Karhan.

Gopko joined in October 2012 the regional league football Wormatia Worms on. He signed a contract until 30 June 2013.

In the National Team

Shortly after his first Bundesliga game Gopko was for the first time in a selected team of the DFB, the U-19, was appointed. For this he made his debut on 18 November 2009 in a friendly against Scotland.
