Eugen Schmidt

Eugen Stahl Schmidt ( born February 17, 1862 in Copenhagen; † 7 October 1931 in Aalborg ) was a Danish athlete, marksman and Tauzieher.

Schmidt took part in Athens and 1900 in Paris at the 1896 Summer Olympics. The Military Rifle Schmidt was twelfth in common with the Greek Spyridon Stais. In the athletics competition in the 100 meters sprint Schmidt resigned in the flow. At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1900 Schmidt won the gold medal in the Swedish -Danish Tauziehteam.
