EULIS

EULIS - European agricultural information service - is a pan-European data network of national land registry systems. The aim of the network is a two-way data access to national land registry databases. Europe is expressly not seen limited within the EULIS partner countries to the EU, as well as countries such as Norway and Iceland are represented in the project.

Organizationally, there is a certain relationship to the Europe-wide commercial register of the European Business Register.

Use

For the use of a prospective customer has concluded with the EULIS partner company of his home country a user agreement. This company charged to the user database charges of EULIS use. The fee schedule is defined autonomously by each EULIS partner for his system. User costs are usually in a single-digit euro sum ​​per query.

Participating countries

The system runs with a number of partner countries since 2007 and will be expanded annually by some other member countries. Mid-2009, the following online systems: Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Iceland, England / Wales, Ireland, Austria. In the near future is also Scotland and the Trentino could connect. England / Wales, however, are leaked.

Subsequently, the EULIS composite should join: Finland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, and some regions of Italy.

A German membership in the medium term is not to be expected by law and federalism -related conditions. Slovenia has, despite the preconditions for such decided not to join the EULIS Consortium. In other European countries there is absolutely no reason the book similar facility.
