Eurasia (building)

The Eurasia (Russian Евразия Jewrasija ) ( formerly: Parcel 12) is a skyscraper under construction in Moscow. The 309 meter-high skyscraper to be built according to the original plans by 2011 Plot 12 in the new district of skyscrapers Moscow City. When completed, it should be the second tallest skyscraper in Moscow and one of the tallest skyscrapers in Europe. On 20 August 2011, the construction stopped at floor 48 at a height of 221.7 meters. On November 25, 2011, the builder went bankrupt.

Inside the three -story podium a shopping center, a casino and a fitness center is planned. Up to the 45th floor to stand on 106 231 m² office space available from the 48th - 66th Floor luxurious apartment homes. These cover an area of 21,185 m².

In the basements of parking for about 1,000 vehicles were created. The building is constructed in two stages: the first stage reaches a height of 30 floors, the second extends to the 72nd floor.

In May 2012, the construction was resumed.
