EuroIndia Centre

The Euro India Centre is a nonprofit organization founded by the current Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and former French Prime Minister Raymond Barre. Its goal is the promotion of relations between India and Europe for mutual good, particularly, though not only in the economic field; A special focus is on urban development and urbanization. The main office is located in La Rochelle, second in Bombay.

The Euro India Centre acts as a network organization that operates non-public part. Members are both individuals as well as companies, organizations and cities; urban members currently are Ahmedabad, lions and Valladolid.

The activities of the Euro India Centre include the Euro India Forums for urban development in Goa ( 2007 and 2008), Valladolid (2009), Halle ( Saale) (2010) and Lions ( 2011).
