European Football League

The European Football League (EFL ) is the European Cup sports competition for European American football club teams. The final of the EFL is the Euro Bowl, which is held annually since 1986.

EFL

Depending on the skill level of the national member associations defines the EFAF whether and which teams of nations may participate in the competition. Approved only national champion or runner-up teams as well as with international success. However, other teams or teams in the "small" football nations have the opportunity in the EFAF Cup, another competition of EFAF to gain international experience and to qualify for the EFL.

The division winners play in the quarterfinals against the four semi-finalists of the previous year to the semi-finals. The winners of the semi-finals then reach the Euro Bowl. If necessary qualifiers is not set teams take place before the group stage.
