European Landscape Contractors Association
The European Landscape Contractors Association ( ELCA ) is the European association of gardening, landscaping and sports field construction (short landscaping ) with seat in the house of the landscape in Bad Honnef. The ELCA was formed in 1963 to promote cooperation and exchange of information and experiences in Europe.
Objectives
The objectives of the ELCA are essentially:
- Protection of the interests of horticulture, landscaping and sports field construction at the European level
- Promotion of mutual information and experience exchange
- Promotion of youth development and mutual exchange of young, qualified landscaper / interior
- Promote cooperation with organizations with similar objectives at European level
- Promotion of European garden shows and of landscaped urban development through sponsorship and support towards politics and administration as well as to the public
