Evgeny Lovchev

Yevgeny Serafimovitch Lowtschew (in Russian Евгений Серафимович Ловчев; born January 29, 1949 in Kryukovo, Moscow Oblast ) is a former Soviet football player and football coach.

From 1969 to 1978 Lowtschew played as a defender for Spartak Moscow, with this team, he became Soviet champion in 1969 and 1971 Soviet Cup winner. In 1972 he was elected to the Soviet Footballer of the Year. From 1979 to 1980 he played for Dynamo Moscow Krylia Sovetov Samara and 1980.

Between 1969 and 1977 graduated Lowtschew 52 games for the Soviet national team and took part in the 1970 World Cup in Mexico. At the Olympic Games in Munich in 1972, he won the bronze medal with the Soviet team.

After his playing career, he coached in the 1980s unterklassige Soviet clubs. Later he became known as futsal coach a name and coached from 2001 to 2003 the Russian Futsal National Team.
