Expatriate

An expatriate (plural -es, of Engl expatriate, . Plural -s, from Latin from ex, out; patria fatherland ), short Expat, is called in the business a professional who of the international companies with which they are employed is temporary - is posted to an overseas branch - usually for one to three years. If the initiative to stay abroad does not proceed from a company but from the person, it is called scientifically of self-initiated Expatriation. A special form are executives who were not sent by an undertaking in their home country, but work in their host country in local businesses.
