Fahd Jassem al-Freij

Fahd al - Jassim Freidsch ( born January 1, 1950 in Hama, Syria) is the current Defense Minister of Syria. He was appointed on 18 July 2012 in the office shortly after his predecessor was killed by Daud Radschha an assassination attempt. Until his appointment, he was Chief of Staff.

Military career

Al- Freidsch attended the military academy and joined them on 1 January 1971 as a lieutenant from. About the further career is little known outside of Syria.
