Fahrettin Çiloğlu

Fahrettin Ciloglu ( born October 5, 1956 in Ünye, Ordu, Turkey Province) is a Turkish writer of Georgian origin, whose family emigrated in the late 19th century from Georgia to Turkey. In Georgian publications, he uses the pseudonym ფარნა - ბექა ჩილაშვილი ( Parna - Beka Chilaschwili ). Ciloglu writes in Georgian and Turkish, most recently he published in 2012 in Tbilisi, a book of short stories under the title სანამ თოვს ( "While it's snowing "). One of these stories was in the anthology Our Istanbul (2008, Berlin) published in German under the title " The journey of my grandmother to Istanbul ".

Ciloglu worked as editor in chief of the Georgian- Turkish literary and cultural magazine Pirosmani (2007-2010). He also writes short stories and poetry, including are far from him appeared: Beni Birak Uzaklara (2004), Aşksız Mutluluk Yoktur (2004) and Uçinmaçini (2007).
