Fasa County

The county Fasa (Persian شهرستان فسا ) is a district ( šahrestān ) with a size of 3820 km ² in the Iranian province of Fars. The administrative center is located in the eponymous city of Fasa. Other major cities are Šešdeh and Zāhedšahr. The county is bordered on the north by the circles Estahban / Estahban and Shiraz, to the east by Estahban and Dārāb, to the south and Dārāb Dschahrom and to the west by Dschahrom and Shiraz.

Less than half of the area of the district is considered lowland, larger mountains are the Larma / with 3185 m in the north, the Pana ʿ l ( 2790 m), GAC and Dehu in the West and Nasirabad ( 2066 m) in the southwest.
