FC Graffin Vlašim

The FC Graffin Vlašim is a Czech football club from Vlašim. The association, which was also active earlier in the 2nd Czechoslovak league play since 2009 in the Druhá Fotbalová league (2nd Czech league ).

Club history

The club was founded in 1927 as AFK Vlašim and played up to the Second World War only at the regional level. In the season 1952, the team was second-rate under the name Zbrojovka Vlašim. However, the second- highest division existed at the time of 12 seasons with 12 teams for a total of 144 teams.

In the 1965/66 season have now managed to club as Spartak Vlašim active, the rise in the second league, which consisted of a Czech and a Slovak group, each with 14 participants. After a sixth place in the season 1966/67, Spartak Vlašim played in the following year a long time to move up to the highest Czechoslovak league, but finished behind VCHZ Pardubice due to the poorer Torquotienten only the second place. In the same year Vlašim also managed the way into the semi-finals of the Czechoslovak Cup, in which the second division, however, had to be struck the first division club Slovan Bratislava on its course with 2:3 itself.

For the season 1969/70, the Czechoslovak federation led a 16 -team national league 2, the increased competition, Spartak Vlašim could not prevail and dismounted from the end of season. The return to the second league managed the team in the summer of 1974, where the club strojirny with Blanické, course BS, also got a new carrier operation. As a climber Spartak BS Vlašim finished third. For 1977/ 78, a league was out of the single track statewide second league with three seasons of 16 teams. Vlašim won the Season A sovereign with five points projection before UD Pribram, but the rise did not mean that, because time it was important to complete a qualification over two rounds. First Vlašim defeated in two games ( 1-1 and 1-0) the winner of Season B, VP Frýdek- Místek. In the final for a place in the first league, however, the team failed in the Slovak representatives VSS Košice with 1:4 and 1:2. Afterwards, however, it turned out that Vlašims officials wanted to take illicit influence on the games against Frýdek- Místek and Vlašim had to descend forcibly. The team succeeded without much difficulty the immediate resurgence, however, could only be kept for a year in the second league.

Subsequently, a slow but steady decline of football followed in Vlašim, from Spartak BS was set up in 1993 and 1994, then FC FC BS Agrox Vlašim. Between 1999 and 2004 the club was as FC Vlašim only sechstklassig before the rise přebor succeeded in fünftklassigen Krajský. In 2006, the FC Vlašim merged with the playing in the fourth division Divize FK Graffin Kacov from the Kacov 17 km away. The newly created FC Graffin Vlašim succeeded immediately the rise in the CFL and 2009, the rise in the second league. There Vlašim finished second in the first season after 29 - year break in seventh place.
