FC Merani Tbilisi

The FC Merani Tbilisi (Georgian მერანი თბილისი ) is a Georgian football club based in Tbilisi. He plays in the top division of Georgia, Umaghlessi league. The club colors are red and white.

General

The club was founded after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. 2006 succeeded the first time in the club's history, the rise in the highest Georgian league Umaghlessi league. In the first season the club secured a 11th place in the league. The home of the club is the Sinatle Stadium which can accommodate 2,000 spectators.
