FC Münsingen
The FC Münsingen is a Swiss football club from the municipality Muensingen in Canton Bern. The club was founded on 1 June 1928, is currently playing in Group 2 1st League, the third highest division in Swiss football.
History
One of the sporting highlights of the recent past include the first-time promotion to the 1st League (1988 ), the five -time participation in the rise playing for NLB and the Cupspiele against the NLA representatives Neuchâtel Xamax (1992) and FC Basel (1996 & 2013 ).
In the 2007 /08 season FC Münsingen took after a third place in the league due to the non - eligibility of U21 FC Basel again on the rise playing for Challenge League / NLB in part, failed in the qualifying round but with 0:1 ( H ) and 1:1 ( A) on the GC Biaschesi.
Stadium
The FC Münsingen plays its home games out in the sports complex Sandreutenen. The course has a total capacity of 1400 seats, with 200 of them are seats.
