FC MVD Rossii Moscow

The FK MVD Rossii Moscow (Russian МВД России ), actually Futbolny club Ministerstwa wnutrennich del Rossii (Russian Футбольный клуб Министерства внутренних дел России / Football Club of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation ), is the successor of Dynamo Moscow Football Club the Russian Interior Ministry. The club was founded in Moscow in 2007 and reached after two climbs in a row ( Moscow Amateur Champion 2007, Champion of the Season West 2nd Division ) for the 2009 season, the second highest Russian league, the 1st Division. Due to financial difficulties, the club moved back but after 19 match days from the Russian professional football. However, the amateur team continues to participate in gaming operations of Russia's highest amateur league - in Moscow, the city championship - in part.

The club was originally set up in 2007 under the chairmanship of the Chief of the Russian transport police Lieutenant General Vyacheslav Sacharjenkow at the suggestion of Vice Interior Minister Alexander Chekalin as an amateur club for the Moscow City Championship predominantly of police officers from Moscow and surrounding areas. In summer 2007, a plan was authorized by the Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev, the FK MVD Rossii within five years to establish itself in the Russian Premjer League. As a city champion in 2007 succeeded the immediate promotion to the lowest semi-professional league in Russia, the 2nd Division, West Zone. Also in the second division championship and thus succeeded in the immediate promotion to the 1st Division, but from which one had to withdraw in July after 19 match days due to financial difficulties.
