FC Tiraspol

The FC Tiraspol (Russian ФК Тирасполь ) is a Moldovan football club based in Tiraspol Transnistria respectively. He plays in Divizia Naţională, the top Moldovan league. Play their home games, the club from the Sheriff Stadium in Tiraspol, which he shares with the local rivals Sheriff Tiraspol. The club colors are red and green.

History

The club was founded under the name Constructorul Chisinau Chisinau in 1994 and renamed for the 2001/02 season in Constructorul Cioburcu. In 2002, he moved his seat to Tiraspol and now bears the name FC Tiraspol.
