Federico HiguaÃn
Federico Martín Higuaín ( born October 25, 1984 in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentine football player. He currently plays for the MLS team Columbus Crew.
The son of Jorge Higuaín, and brother of Gonzalo Higuaín ( Napoli ) played since 2003 in the A- team of CA River Plate. After two years, he had only played five games there and was loaned subsequently spent two years at CA Nueva Chicago. Here he got along better and scored 25 goals in 58 games. This caught the attention of European clubs, one of which finally Istanbul Beşiktaş won the race and Federico from its owner eigentlichem, CA River Plate, bought from 1.5 million euros. His debut in the Süper Lig he gave on 1 September 2007 in the match against Kayserispor. His first goal for Beşiktaş Istanbul, he scored on 5 January 2008 at the cup match against Diyarbakirspor.
