Federico Román (also: General Federico Román ) is a province in the northeastern part of the Pando department in the lowlands of the South American Andean Republic of Bolivia. The province is named after General Federico Román.

Location

The province is one of five provinces in the department of Pando. It is bordered to the west by the province of Abuna, on the southwest by the province Manuripi, on the southeast by the Beni Department, and to the east and north by the Republic of Brazil.

The border to the Beni Department in the South is the Río Beni, and the neighboring country of Brazil Rio Madeira in the east and the Rio Abuna in the north.

The province extends between 09 ° 41 'and 10 ° 51' south latitude and 65 ° 17 ' and 66 ° 39 ' west longitude, its extent from east to west is 200 kilometers from north to south 150 km.

Population

Structure

The Federico Román Province is divided into three Municipalities:
