Felix Michel

Felix Lutz Michel ( born October 4, 1984 in Freital ) is a German Canoe Slalom driver. He drives the German national team in the men's C2.

Since 2004 he is a sports soldier in the sports promotion group of the Bundeswehr Sonthofen; He lives and trains in Augsburg.

In 2006 he was able to reach the gold medal at the European Championships with the C2 team, he repeated this success in 2007. During the Olympic qualification for the Summer Games in Beijing 2008, Felix Michel could qualify. In August 2007, he took part in the pre-Olympic Games and got there in C2 the bronze medal.

Felix Michel travels since 1997 together with Sebastian Piersig in canoes. Felix is the front man and Links paddlers, while Sebastian Hintermann and is acting as legal paddlers.
