The Fendorf Glacier is a broad glacier in the West Antarctic Heritage Range. It flows from the eastern edge of the Gifford peaks to the north, where he eventually joins the Dobbratz Glacier.

The glacier was mapped by the United States Geological Survey as part of the compilation of Ellsworthgebirges in the years 1961-1966 through site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy. He was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names by Lieutenant Commander James E. Fendorf (1928-1999), a pilot of the U.S. Navy, in 1966 served in the squadron VX- 6 during Operation Deep Freeze.
