Ferdinando d'Adda

Ferdinando D' Adda ( born August 27, 1650 in Milan, † January 27, 1719 in Rome ) was an Italian cardinal.

As Titular Archbishop of Amasea and nuncio in England under James II, he had a very difficult position. 1690 D' Adda cardinal priest of San Clemente, 1696 Santa Balbina, in 1714 by St. Peter in Chains, 1715 finally Cardinal Bishop of Albano. He died in 1719 at his residence in Piazza Santi Apostoli. His property he bequeathed to the College of Propaganda Fide.
