Ferydoon Zandi

Ferydoon Zandi (Persian: فریدون زندی [ Faeri ː ː du ː n zændi ]; born April 26, 1979 in Emden ) is a German -Iranian football player. He is an attacking midfielder and plays since September 2012 in Al -Ahli SC.

Life

Ferydoon Zandi is the son of a German mother and an Iranian father. He grew up with German and Persian on bilingual, speaking the latter, however, in his own words not perfect.

Youth

Zandi played in several German youth national teams, including five times in the U21.
