FHEM

FHEM ( friendly home automation and energy measurement ) is a Perl -based server program for home automation, which is used for automated operation of actuators such as light switches and heating as well as the recording of sensor information, such as room temperature and humidity.

The server can be operated via telnet, among others, program, web frontends. The program is released under the GPL.
