Filippo Abbiati
Filippo Abbiati (* 1640 in Milan, † 1715 ) was an Italian painter. He belongs together with Andrea and Stefano Maria Legnani Lanzani of the most important painters of the second Lombard Mannerism.
Abbiati, a pupil of Carlo Francesco Nuvolone, created numerous frescoes, including, inter alia by 1700 several Anthony's frescoes in Milan.
