Flemming Jørgensen
Flemming " Bamse " Jørgensen Duun ( born February 7, 1947 in Randers, † 1 January 2011 Egå ) was a Danish singer and actor.
Career
Flemming Jørgensen Duun grew up in Viby Aarhus and graduated in training as a lathe operator. At age 16, he entered on a youth festival for the first time as a musician on the public. He founded in 1973 the music group Bamses Venner ( "Friends of the Bear "). 1980 won the Dansk Melodi Bamses Venner Grand Prix and occupied with the song Tænker ALTID på dig on the 14th place in the Euro Vision Song Contest 1980.
Addition to his success with the band, for which he was a singer, bassist and lyricist, Jørgensen also released numerous solo albums. In addition, he was also active as an actor and won the 1986 Robert one for Best Supporting Actor in Ofelia commercial til byens.
On New Year's night 2011 Flemming Jørgensen died of heart failure at his home in Egå, a suburb of Aarhus.
