Food packaging

Prepackaged packs ( mostly of food ), so that the contents can not be tampered with without any visible change in the packaging, which were packed and sealed in the absence of the consumer.

Definitions

" Prepackaged for the purposes of this Act are products in packages of any kind that are packed and sealed in presence of the purchaser, the amount of product contained therein can not be altered without opening or changing the packaging noticeable. "

Statutory provisions governing appearance and product labeling of prepackaged.
