Forécariah Prefecture
Forécariah is a prefecture in the region Kindia in Guinea with about 135,000 inhabitants. Like all Guinean Prefectures it is after its capital, Forécariah named.
The prefecture is located in the west of the country, on the Atlantic coast and the border with Sierra Leone, and covers an area of 4265 km ².
