Four spots butterflyfish ( Chaetodon quadrimaculatus )
The four spots butterflyfish ( Chaetodon quadrimaculatus ), also four spot Faltscherfisch, lives in pairs in the Pacific from southern Japan to Hawaii and Tahiti. He stays only in shallow water of less than 10 meters deep. He is nowhere common.
The four spots butterflyfish is a maximum of 16 inches long. It eats mainly coral polyps, but can be used to substitute food in the aquarium.
