Francisco Flores Pérez

Francisco Guillermo Flores Pérez ( born October 17, 1959 in Santa Anna, El Salvador) from 1999 to 2004, President of El Salvador. He is a member of the Alianza Republicana Nacionalista ( ARENA ).

Biography

He studied political science at Amherst College in Massachusetts and received a master 's degree in philosophy at World University. Flores continued his education then continued at Harvard University and at Oxford University in the UK. After the assassination of his father, he entered politics.

He began his political career in the ARENA as Vice Minister of Economy. Later, he served as Vice Minister of the Bureau, as an advisory body of state.
