Jacques François Affolter ( born March 13, 1991 Biel ) is a Swiss football player. He is since 2014 with FC Luzern under contract.

Affolter comes from the football school of FC Biel -Bienne and joined us in 2007 for BSC Young Boys. He made ​​his debut in Super League 14 September 2008 in a 2-1 away win against AC Bellinzona. On January 24, 2012 Affolter moved to the end on loan with option to purchase Werder Bremen. National

On August 3, 2010 Affolter was nominated for the first time for the Swiss national team, and for eight days later in the game against Austria to his debut. U-21 coach Pierluigi Tami nominated Affolter for the squad for the U -21 European Championship 2011 in Denmark, where he took second place with his team. Although he belonged to the starting lineup and played in the first game against Denmark, he missed the rest of the tournament due to a torn muscle in his right thigh.
