Fred: The Show

Fred: The Show is an American youth sitcom that aired for the first time on January 16 to August 3, 2012 at the U.S. Nickelodeon and includes 24 episodes. Creator and lead actor Lucas Cruikshank is who played the role of Fred already in his web series. The series is based on the movies Fred: The Movie and Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred, in which the same actor had played. The series is set apparently after one season, de facto, Cruikshack plays since November 2012, the main role in the series Marvin Marvin.

The German Air Date began on November 12, 2012 in Nickelodeon Switzerland. On Nickelodeon Germany, the series can be seen since 14 January 2013.

Action

The series revolves around the daily life of the 16- year-old Fred Figglehorn. In each episode he brings through a mishap in a difficult position, which he then has to pay for. Yet his nemesis Kevin, his crazy mother and his best friend Bertha are often involved. Characteristic of Fred is its extremely high voice.

Criticism

Like the movie Fred: The Show, the series was criticized. Common Sense Media gave the series one of five possible stars and passed, Fred: The Show offers " more of the same absurdity as the insufferable Youtube Star" (English " More of the same absurdity from obnoxious YouTube star" ). Despite the negative reviews, the series reached 3.7 million viewers at its premiere. The odds decreased with the second episode on now more 2.4 million.
