Frederick II, Count of Diessen
Frederick I of Regensburg (* 1005, † 1075 in St. Blaise ) was Domvogt of Regensburg.
It is identical with Count Frederick II of Unterdießen and is considered one of the oldest verifiable representative of his line. His father was Count Frederick I († 1030 ), who administered the area around Unterdießen and Haching, his mother was Hemma, daughter of Kuno von Oehningen.
Frederick was married three times; first with Hadamut ( 1060 ), daughter of Eberhard of Eppenstein, then second marriage to Irmgard of Gilching and last with Tuta, daughter and heiress of Domvogtes Hartwig I of Regensburg.
In 1035 he was Domvogt of Regensburg and 1055 Graf at the Sempt. He died in 1075 as a lay monk at St. Blaise.
