Fregoli delusion

People with the Fregoli syndrome (also Fregoli Illusion ) are delusional convinced that people have a different look from their environment and act as other people. The syndrome usually occurs in the context of schizophrenia.

The name of the syndrome goes back to the Italian actor Leopoldo Fregoli.
