Friedhelm Schütte
Friedhelm Schütte ( born August 12, 1957) is a former German football player. He graduated four Bundesliga appearances for FC Schalke 04 and a total of 175 second-division games in which he scored ten goals.
Career
The talented all-rounder was with the A-Juniors FC Schalke 04 both in 1975 and 1976 in the final of the German Cup. After a defeat in the first playoff he was with Schalke 's youth a year later by a 5-1 win against Rot-Weiss Essen and German masters. In the 1975/76 season Schütte was also his debut in the Bundesliga when he was a substitute in Schalke stint at Eintracht Braunschweig on the 25th game day. It remained his only use this season. With the squire he qualified through the sixth place in the UEFA Cup. The Bundesliga 1976/77 season ended for Schalke 04 with the runner-up; Friedhelm Schütte, however, was used only in three games, so he decided to take a change to the 2nd Bundesliga to Preußen Münster. The Westphalia he has developed over the next three years for a regular player to hit 104 games ( nine goals). For the second league season 1980/81 Schütte moved to Berlin at Tennis Borussia, but after the relegation of the club into the amateur camp, he left Berlin after only a year and joined the SpVgg Bayreuth. Even with Bayern, he had the following season relegation from the second division to accept and even played a year in the Bavarian League. After the failed comeback it pulled Friedhelm Schütte 1983 back to NRW and he joined the Oberliga Nordrhein- 1 FC Bocholt. There he met, among others to its previous teammate Wolfgang Reichel and the young striker Michael Tönnies and celebrated with the team the championship of the 1983 season / 84th In the Bundesliga promotion round but the club failed to Blue-White 90 Berlin and FC St. Pauli. After missing return to professional football, the defender made his career in the following years close in the Oberliga Nordrhein.
In its various club stations Friedhelm Schütte came to a total of 14 missions in the DFB Cup, next to the second round feeder with SpVgg Bayreuth 1981/82 he played the most successful series but just in the jersey of Bocholt amateur division.
