Fularji District

The municipality Hulan Ergi (富拉尔基 区/富拉尔基 区, Fùlā'ěrjī Qū ) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Qiqihar in the northern Chinese province of Heilongjiang. It has an area of 375 km ² and has about 270,000 inhabitants ( 2004).

The name of the district comes from the language of the Daur, meaning " red river shore ".
