Fuschlsee

The lake is located in the Salzkammergut in Salzburg, Austria and is owned by the Austrian Federal Forests.

The lake drained via the Fuschler Ache (later Griesler Ache ) in Mondsee, Attersee and over, Ager and Traun into the Danube. The lake has excellent water quality, aquatic vegetation preserved exceptional in their natural state.

Near the lake the village of Fuschl am See are located and the Schloss Fuschl - in Hof bei Salzburg
