Fushë - Arrez ( Albanian: Fushë - Arrëzi ) is a small town in Northern Albania with 2513 inhabitants ( 2011 census ). Local authorities, however, indicate a number of 4777 inhabitants ( 2011). It is the second largest town in the district of Puka, one of the poorest areas of the country.
