Gaby Huber

Gaby Huber ( born August 7, 1980 in Zurich, born Schmohl ) is a Swiss squash player. She is six times Swiss champion and previously internationally best-placed Swiss squash player.

Life

Gaby Huber was born in Zurich and grew up in Langnau am Albis. She is a biologist and plays since the age of eight squash, since the beginning of 2010 she practices the sport of professional. In 2010 she moved to Sachseln and married in April 2011, the locomotive engineer Hermann Huber.

Huber plays for the Squash Racket Club Winterthur and trained in Kriens. She is 1.70 meters tall and right-handed. In the fall of 2012, she had to pause because of a chronic Achilles tendon inflammation.

Achievements

Huber was in the years 2007 and 2009 to 2013 Swiss champion. Its highest World Ranking 29 it reached in January 2012 and being thus the bestklassierte Swiss squash player.

In the years 2011 to 2013, it became a French Team Champion with Mulhouse and German Team Champion with the squash Island Taufkirchen. 2007, 2008 and 2012, she was Swiss Inter Club Champion with the Squash Racket Club Winterthur.
