Gaferut

Gaferut is an uninhabited island in the Federated States of Micronesia. It is located in the north of the Micronesian state of Yap.
Geography
Gaferut is an elongated coral island that is surrounded by a dense coral reef. The reef surrounding the island is approximately one square kilometer in size, the island Gaferut thereof takes only 0.13 km ² in claim.
Gaferut is uninhabited. Last 53 inhabitants in 1970 were shown to the census.
Gaferut belongs administratively to the municipality Faraulep, based on the same atoll about 100 km in the southwest.
