Gal Costa

Gal Costa (actually Maria da Graça Costa Penna Burgos, born September 26, 1945 Salvador da Bahia ) is a Brazilian singer.

During her youth she played guitar and sang at parties.

When she met Caetano Veloso and his sister Maria Bethânia, she organized with the two and Tom Zé in 1964, the music show Nós, por Exemplo ( We for example).
