Gangway (Band)

Gangway was a Danish pop band that existed from 1982 to 1998.

Gangway was founded by Henrik Balling, Allan Jensen and Jan Christensen in Copenhagen in 1982. At first, they were still called unforced error and played somber New Wave. After a few concerts, the underground label Irmgardz became aware of them, and they received a contract. In 1984, her first album, The Twist on the market and should sell in Denmark over ten thousand pieces. At this time, Christensen was replaced by Gorm Ravn - Jonsen.

In 1985, the band produced three music videos and two singles, one of which found an echo in the British music press.
