Garðar Jóhannsson

Gardar Johannsson ( born April 1, 1980 in Gardabær ) is an Icelandic football player.

Career

In the Icelandic league system as well as in the Icelandic Cup striker, among other things Gardabær Stjarnan Valur Reykjavík and the KR Reykjavík completed 88 games in which he scored a total 40 goals. In 2006, Jóhannsson to Norway, where he ran aground 58 times in three seasons the Tippeligaen for Fredrikstad FK, scoring 18 goals, before he was first out of contract after the 2009 season. In January 2010, he then received a trial at FC Hansa Rostock, following which he was taken from the German second division under contract. With Helgi Daníelsson Rostock committed at the same time another Icelander. Nevertheless Hansa rose at the end of the 2009/ 10 financial year in the league from 3, which Johansson's contract lost its validity after only six months.

Jóhannsson then moved in early August 2010, initially in its Icelandic homeland, in which he came to three inserts for Stjarnan Gardabær in the ongoing 2010 season. For the Icelandic national football team Jóhannsson ran from 2008 to 2009 in six games on, where he scored two goals.
